Payment Policy
We require payment on the day of service. We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express, cash, or check. There will be a $25.00 charge for any returned checks.
Lock-Out Policy
Lock-outs can happen due to storm doors locked, forgotten keys, etc. After the first incident, we reserve the right to charge our minimum service visit payable by the next cleaning date.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that cancellations are sometimes unavoidable. We kindly ask for 48 hours notice of a cancellation. In the event of a late cancellation (less than 24 hours) we may charge a fee. A fee may also be charged if we arrive as scheduled but are asked to come back; have a malfunctioning lock preventing entry; or presence of guests/workers preventing us from cleaning. SATISFACTION GUARANTEE POLICY
If you are not satisfied with your house cleaning, call within 12 hours and we will be glad to rectify any problems free of charge. Refunds are not available.
